I have used Razer products for over a decade; I own dozens, but I'm done. This has gone from a driver to being a lifestyle of bloatware that has at least tripled the boot time of my laptop with its constant 'updates' which are usually reinstalling the modules I painstaking uninstalled from the GUI that makes you manage them individually. I hope someday this will go back to being a driver for great hardware, rather than crappy software that hinders it. Until then, the devices will live in a round storage can by my desk. Any chance you can just make a driver only version that doesn't use more resources than even Google Chrome? Please?

I cannot believe Razer... I have put with so many terrible experiences that I have had on mac and overlook all the annoying things with their driver software (broken, forgets my presets, I have to unplug/replug all the time to get it to notice) I have put up with all of this because I like using Razer devices and when things actually work, I can configure my mouse to use for work as well as gaming and it makes my productivity way better. Little do you know... and they do not market it anywhere... SYNAPSE 3 DOES NOT EXIST FOR MAC AND YOU CANNOT USE SYNAPSE 2. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. How can you release new hardware that just straight out does not work!!! I paid 150 for a PLUG AND PLAY MOUSE. WHY DO YOU THINK I BOUGHT THE NAGA? TO JUST LOOK AT THE BUTTONS ON THE SIDE AND SWITCH THE SIDE PANELS LIKE DRESSES ON A DOLL?! You must be joking... I am filing my return by the end of the month. They don't even publicize any plans or timeline of WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO FIX THIS

I play valorant and use my mouse at 8000 polling rate when I control my mouse to left and right frame late on valorant was drop and laggy my computer is I5-10040f and rtx2060 super why it laggy or valorant was't support this function 4000 polling rate it can play and not laggy

I just bought a razer basilisk v2. after I plug in my mouse to my pc and install the driver, all my graphic become slow motion. yes, I mean all. start from loading window logo while booting, graphic effect while opening program, games and whatever related to video effect. It becomes normal if I change to an older mouse and plugin back my razer back. I already reinstall my driver using the latest razer driver from their website but the problem still repeated after I restart my computer.

As a left handed gamer it is really hard finding a left handed gaming mouse. I used to have a left handed DeathAdder but it broke and it's now in an unfixable condition. Will it ever come back into the store or am I better off buying the new left handed Naga and replacing the side panel? (if that's doable on the left handed version)

I went to buy a razer keyboard for RazerStore but when I Wanted to place my order I couldn't find the country I live at. Any ideas that would help?

Hi guys, wasn't sure where to post this. Razer support on twitter didn't reply to me. I'm a newbie (the only razer gear I've had is mouse and the awesome backpack i use). I've just bought a Razer blade pro 17 which is arriving Wednesday https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ and I'm super excited to use it! :) I assume I can easily add more or new ram myself and an extra HDD without voiding warranty? if so what ram is recommended and what hard drive for storage?. Though i'm sure 16gb will be fine for now, i suspect that i might want more for vfx work.

So I know it's possible only because when you set the key press for a global macro, you can use any device and synapse will read that input. It just wont trigger from any device. Ultimately, I would like some sort of api into synapse it's self. I try looking for dev kits, but it's all chroma chroma chroma. Is there not a core sdk?

Hi guys, I have a problem with my rather new Razer Blade Advanced 15 with RTX 2070 Max-Q (with i7-9750). I bought it few months ago and everything seemed perfect, but suddenly the performance of my GPU plummeted. I've been playing Hunt: Showdown and I cannot get more than 50 fps with frame time going above 20. I've had an average of 95 fps before that "GPU crash". Also, I did the stress test with FurMark and the results look the same to what I get in Hunt: Showdown. Average fps between 40-50 regardless of a performance mode. Temperatures don't go over 80 degrees Celsius though. In the first 10 seconds the average is around 100, then a drop to 50. It is a very similar problem to what some other Razer Blade users have experienced. Would you please be so kind as to let me know what could be the problem or if anyone has solved this issue without returning the laptop? Best regards, 4Life

I had always issue, even one time my hand sweat and there are created spots on bottom of mouse and it has terrible friction. I can tell even, after one use !!! After 2 weeks mouse is useless... And i follow all maintenace rules: 1. don't touch it with dirty hands 2. cover that at night 3. clean it with microfiber cloth 4. don't use water It doesn't matter, there is insane friction. I am better on garbage office mouse for 3$... I heard about polishing, while it helps a bit, i am not skilled with my hands, i doubt i will be able to apply same pressure all time. Also i even asked on chemical forums and didn't advice anything. Biggest problem is spots are created from sweat, which cause huge friction, i tried isopropyl alcohol everything nothing worked...

hi, am enjoying the huntsman immensely. Could not find how to assign 2 keys to a macro, for instance pressing alt+x simultaneously to switch window, perform a task there and switch back to former window. thanks for checking :)
