My Deathadder Elite's scroll wheel suddenly gave out and for any RMA request, a receipt is required even if I registered the device, but my purchase of this mouse was more than 6 months away and as such I could not view it on my banking history and get a reprint receipt from the store I bought it from. So basically, is my RMA request basically moot now?

Hi, I have a Macbook Pro and USB keyboard and I cannot print screen from the razer keyboard. I can from my MacBook pro. There is a "prt sc sys rq" key on the razer keyboard but it doesn't do anything. Window Key + Prt Sc Sys Rq does nothing. Window Key + Shift + S does nothing. I'm going crazy. I need help.

anyone had issues with their wolverine ultimate controller? Mine has been working perfectly and i absolutely loved it until it just stopped working today. Was working perfectly last night, went to bed after gaming, and just after work today plugged in my controller and there were no lights and no function from the controller. Power going through the cable is fine as i plugged it into my phone and then headset, both of which started charging. Changed USB ports and restarted xbox but still no joy. **controller has never been dropped or bashed** Thanks in advance

My Razer Blade has always worked fine until tonight. I was installing Linux and was trying to boot from my USB when my computer restarted. Now it’s just stuck at the loading screen with the Razer Logo. I really don’t know what to do.. and I’m really worried because my warranty is over and I really need to use my laptop for school and work.

When trying to write a new post, every 10 seconds or so a blank error splash screen appears and then everything written in the post is deleted. It makes posting anything near impossible. (On Chrome and Edge, both fully updated, from a Blade Stealth 13.)

The Razer raiju ultimate should work on the ps5 on ps5 games because they can just be a firmware update to let it work on the ps5. It already works on ps5 games but every time I ask Razer they have no plans of making it work on ps5 games. It should be made to work in ps5 games.

Hello, I've been saving up Razer Silver for a while and now I have enough to buy Viper Ultimate (mouse only).Should I save more for "with dock" version? Although it's only 20,000 silver, it'll take me quite a time to save that up. Is the dock going to be compatible with future razer mice? I really wanna try viper ultimate and I'm not sure if the dock is gonna worth the time saving up for. Thank you for reading my post.

Hi, I have and razer mamba and firefly and the synced perfectly with synapse but in the last couple of weeks, they didn't sync very well until 2 days ago that my mamba dpi buttons stop working and the battery indicator on syngas shown 0 % and none of my personalized buttons worked and the same happened with firefly too I change the profile on synapse and nothing happened so I uninstall synapse and reinstall it and everything start to work perfectly and I shut down my laptop and when I start my laptop this morning nothing worked again the same problem and I should mention that my mamba works perfectly when I connect it with wire and the problem with mamba is when it connected wirelessly with its dock. and I don't know what to do about it.

Looking at getting a Razer mouse in the next few months once funds free up and was wondering if anyone could point me towards any of Razers that do not have a rubberised coating which so many manufacturers seem to put on their mice these days. I did have a Razer Mamba a few years ago, The 2012 version but it had a rubberised surface too which wore away very quickly and generally didn't feel so nice. Any info is appreciated.

I do not recommend this mouse to anyone. I've bought two of them, one to use at my work and another one to use at home. After 2 years of use, both mice started double-clicking. I called Razer and they refused to replace it as it was 1 month out of warranty. I have had a cheaper mouse that I used for 8 years without any issue. I dismantled the Razer mouse to see internal conditions and they were like brand new. I am not a gamer. I only use for work purposes. Pretty disappointed with the durability of the mouse. @razer
