So, I had a Razer Kraken USB which had a good sound and it was enchanced by using synapse 2.0. I loved it, but it broke, so I bought a new one. My new headset is not compatible with synapse, so I cannot set it up on the software. The thing is, the sound now is a bit weird, I don't know if that is because I am not used to it or because I cannot use synapse to increase its quality. It is not about surround or spatial sound, it is about the sound itself. It is hard to explain the difference, but the sound with synapse felt like much more "smoother" to my ears. Again, it maybe just a difference in the sound and not in quality, so I have to get used to it. But what I want is information about what exactly does synapse enchance in the headset, so maybe I could receive a few suggestions about how to approach the sound from my new headset to the previous one.

hello im new to this so bare with me. i created a profile that displays my home country's flag(mexico) (which there was none on the workshop profiles) and i was wondering if there is a way to uploaded to the workshop to share it with the world.

I can't figure out how to change my username. I don't use ExtremeInventor anymore because it was a name I used when i was younger and I just don't like it anymore. I want to change it to BradCol because that is what my username on everything else is. Does anyone know how I can change it?

Hi, I want to buy a razer blade 15 (2070 max Q + 240 Hz display), but that laptop is out of stock unfortunately. Is there any info on when new ones will be available?

I have a Razer Naga Trinity. Great mouse - but the firmware is so intrusive. Razer Synapse is updating itself about once a month. These updates can take up to 10 minutes, and render the mouse unavailable for that time. I would like to know what is in these updates? I've never had to update a driver for any other hardware even once. There is really only so much you can do to configure a mouse. It seems to me that unless Synapse has used a Windows OS API call that is later found to contain a security vulnerability, there should be no reason for it to ever have to update. So what is in these updates? Why do I need them? Is there a way to disable these auto-updates?

I finally found that the DCH notebook drivers will install after Geforce Experience repeatedly told me the older drivers i had were "the most current". Once installed i've lost any access to my laptops 4k display unless i turn on Optimus. With Optimus i only get 60hz out of the 4k screen. What gives? Does Razer know that not only do the latest Nvidia Drivers hose these laptops, the last version 446.14 wouldnt install at all due to the hardware ID's for these GPU's missing entirely from the driver install INF files. Help please? I don't even know at this point which driver to revert too, and i really don't want to have to hack in the 446.14 drivers again.

Hey Razer, I was wondering why you guys dont make gaming footswitches. I have the full on-desk complement. The Tartarus Pro keypad, BW Elite keyboard, and Deathadder Elite and Basilisk mice. But when gaming, especially in busy shooters I don't want to spare a finger for PTT or some ancillary functions. So I decided to get a 3-pedal USB footswitch. It makes my gaming much easier when all I have to do is depress a pedal for voice chat, and a couple of other non critical functions. (eg. In COD Warzone, L pedal is for tactical gear, R pedal for slotting in armor. Metal base, Chroma lighting, and integrated with Synapse 3 for easy programming. Heck, I'm still waiting for a Razer HOTAS that's better than the X-56 Rhino, or Thrustmaster Warthog....

I am curious if razer synapse 3 is ever coming to mac because i use my macbook and i wanna use the razer synapse 3 for my mouse ( Razer DeathAdder Essential)

My first Razer product was a legend ahead of its time. Yes, I was very fortunate to have owned the greatest mouse there ever was: the original Razer Naga Epic from early years of the 2010s. This mouse was everything. Playing it wired or not, this mouse shaped my foundation of playing games on a PC. The weight was perfect. The 12 buttons on the side became second-nature. I never even gave a thought to it's eventual need to be replaced. In my world, it was invincible. I can't remember a time where I became so frustrated with technical difficulties between the mouse and Synapse where I wanted to rip my hair out. I'm sure there were a few mishaps here and there, but nothing like those of the many Naga iterations that followed the original Naga Epic, which were merely imitations at best. I have been using the Naga Trinity for the last few years. And I hate it. 10/10 in regards to the idea, but everytime it decides to go AWOL at random, deep down I wish for it to spontaneously combust, t

Got the Razor Core X. Helps me run four monitors off of a Mac mini. Pretty neat, although some challenges with start/shut down. Typically I leave my Mac mini on all the time and it just goes to sleep when I leave. This is nice because it can still Time Machine backup in the background, etc. and is easy when I return. With the Razor Core X the challenge is that when I do this and the computer goes to sleep it intermittently kicks the fan on high instead of just shutting down. Is there a setting to change this? When I fully restart or turn on my computer from shut down, having the eGPU on causes a problem because the mini can't boot unless its off and then turned on once you login. (this only happens from full restart, not waking from sleep) I read somewhere online there are some eGPUs that can have a delay allowing you time to login. Is there a delay setting somewhere with the eGPU? Does anyone know if plugging a smart switch into the eGPU is a problem to use for turning it on/off? I k

Hi, I cannot wait to buy a Blade 15 with RTX 2070 Super Max Q, but there a catch: I live in France, and cannot stand the French keyboard layout I could order it from Amazon UK, but then I would lose the European consumer rights (guarantee, right to return...), and the costs is 150€ higher after currency conversion. So last night the wife surprised with a new keyboard.....Huntsman Elite Chroma. SWEETTTT!!!! Worsk great, playing with the software to set up the lighting took some fiddling around. Now the weird part. I go to open this forum as I normally do, I see I have some alerts. I go to check them out to see I've been awarded a trophy called fully decked out. It's showing I have mouse, headset and now my new keyboard. So how does it know?

I got this Razer Leviathan in April 2020. So far so good. I am using the AUX cable for the sound output. But whenever there is no sound output from my laptop for about 10 seconds, there starts to have this crackling sound from the soundbar itself. I thought it was some issue from my AUX cable so I changed it out. But the issue still persists. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

Hi fellows, one question is bothering me for quite some time. WHΛT IS THΞ DΞFINITION OF Λ RΞΛL GΛMΞR? I have seen and heard various statements about the meaning of the word gamer, though most of the people, including some of my friends considered that playing games was just a part of the childhood, and that when you get to have a job and girlfriend, gaming slowly dies. It's not my case tho, i love to play games, i still do and i don't feel any shame about it instead i am quite proud about it. So even if i don't like all the games out there, i still appreciate the idea of gaming, of playing together with other people. I don't know how to say it, there are just things that feel good, like the endless rages you get, sleepless nights and so on. But personal. i think i have a more accurate definition for gamers. Gaming is a way of living, a lifestyle, if you're truly into gaming nothing should get in your way, at some point or another, you'll always find time to play. What do you guy
