Does anyone know if they are going to release the viper ultimate or the hammerhead true wireless in quartz? Im going to get the hammerhead anyway but im not going to get the viper unless it can come in quartz.

Hello! Just nocied after reinstall of synapse in my games runs fps cheker(shower or whenever it calls) I try to find how to close it in Synapse but didt find. So after i start anygame i cansel process in my Task Manager, process calling PMRunner 64. How can i turn off it in a rigth way in synapse i suppose?

First of all, not an english native speaker so please excuse my mistakes. Have been working +3 years using a 2014 naga. My experience in sinapse 2 was great, i had tons of profiles configured exclusively for working; and had 3-4 keymaps in each been able to work in autodesk softwares like autoCAD, Revit, 3dsMax, etc. I set the two upper buttons to switch to a different map each one, and after i release the key returning to the default key map. This gave me the possibility to set 12 different macros in the side keys, and a total of 36 combinations of macros in every profile. Recently i've bought a brand new naga trynity and after hours of reading forums and searching, can't find how to set keymaps the way i used. HyperShift gives me the chance of setting just ONE extra keymap per profile, but is not enough combinations for my workflow. Setting multiple profiles for each software i use is not an option, because they switch too slow. I don't understand if i`m missing something but i

Hello, I have got myself a new 15 inches Razer Blade with 240hz, 2070 nivida RTX, 512 SSD, and i7 ninth generation from the microsoft store today. When I have downloaded Overwatch game and play it just for 5 minutes, the front panel, above the keyboard have became extremely hot that even some of my fingers could feel the sunburn. Every time my computer wakes from sleep, synapse 3 activates the preview for my Kiyo camera and turns the camera on. I have to open synapse and disable it every time. Synapse version is 3.4.1015.100206

Hello All, I know this is my first post and all but had to rant a little. Placed an order on Friday, received it on Tuesday! Fast shipping, that's the good part. Now the bad part, my order was for Razer 15 Advanced RTX 2070 max q 240hz. when I first turned it on and set everything up I noticed that something was off with the display. So I kept trying to go to the NVidia control panel but kept getting the no nvidia graphics card detected. Tried to install a new driver but kept getting an error that said that the software did not support the graphics card. Finally got into a chat with customer service and went through the same process that I did. Sent them a screen shot of the current graphics card and they finally said they will send a replacement because of a faulty GPU. My question is, are they sending me a refurbished laptop or a brand new one? I really don't want a refurbished laptop, kind of freaking out since this is a brand new laptop. And apparently the down time is 1 week?! Sho
