I have a Razer Mamba mouse (Model no. RC30-013601) but now I have to reinstall and I don't know which of the razer mamba software/drivers I need to download. there's the regular one the 2009 the 2012 the chroma, elite and tournament editions and they're all different and I don't know which is the one I have.

I have Synapse running and my Razer Mamba Elite registered. It is showing up on the Synapse program. I have created a macro. I assigned the macro to a button on my mouse. As soon as I do that, it shows a red symbol near the button on the diagram and says I need Synapse for this to work. I am literally in Synapse. I have tested it despite the red symbol, no luck. How brain dead is this program to recognize my mouse but not recognize it?

Title says it all - tried all the threads here Google threw at me and no dice - whats the trick? Running BIOS 1.08 on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2018.

Recently Razer has released a new line of laptops which finally added backlight for the alternate key functions. I was wondering if it might be possible to replace the keycaps on older models to have the translucent text for alternate functions. My questions: Would it even work? It seems like enough light would leak from the leds just by looking at the sides of my keys that it would improve nighttime visibility a lot. Are the new keycaps compatible for swapping to older model laptops? Is there any source where one could purchase said keycaps? If anyone else is interested in this project or has any experience with it feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I've update and reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 twice and still get the same results for the Visualizer. It only lags on my Cynosa Keyboard but my mouse and mat work perfectly. All devices work perfectly when I use the Audio Meter. I also tried the old 3rd party visualizer and the results are the same. Everything used to work perfectly before the last two Synapse update. Please check on this

So for my birthday (around a week ago) i got a razer basilisk mouse. I started looking at razer stuff and came across this website. I made the account on my birthday, but did not recieve the birthday achievement. i also did not recieve the mouse achievement. I have attached the picture of my mouse registered. Any help would be great.

I been having alot of problems with razer silver lately and it is starting to peeve me off. Razer cortex has stopped giving me razer silver. Everytime i play csgo it says getting razer silver ready, or whatever then proceeds to put me on csgo, but then razer cortex stops running. Then after playing for the required amount of time i can not just go to my taskbar and click on razer cortex, i have to reopen the app from my desktop, but i still do not recieve my razer silver. Any help would be great. - an annoyed gamer ps- I do not want this to come across rudely, and i am not trying to forward hate towards razer.

I would like one of these laptops but I would like a laptop that is less square and looks more modern

PC Razer Blade 15” with GTX 1060 with Max-Q design. I recently jumped ship to PC with Destiny 2s Cross Save Function and at first I was limited to 30 FPS and updated my driver and now I’m stuck between 45-55 when playing. I have ensured the frame rate wasn’t capped in game and V-Sync is off but I don’t have my settings even on high and still stuck below 60 FPS. One of the reasons jumping over was to have a higher frame rate and better visuals overall but I’ve reach my limit on troubleshooting to try and figure out how to past this limit. Looking for help so I can thoroughly enjoy playing this on PC.

Hi all, I'm about to buy a new Razer Blade (very excited!) but before committing, i need to find out if the laptop works with an Apple thunderbolt display? I will be using the laptop for work as well and my work monitor is a thunderbolt display so in an ideal scenario I need them to be compatible! I have a Lenovo X1 that connected perfectly after tweaking some bios thunderbolt settings. I've done some research cannot find an answer so far... Hope I can get some insight! Thank you!

Hello all, Ive just recently purchased the Tartarus V2 and am looking to bind all 8 directions to the thumbstick/thumb pad. Its easy enough to bind the primary directions, but cannot quite figure out how to get the "in-between" directions binded. For instance, I can bind "W" to the up/top position, and "A" to the left position, etc. But, I cannot bind W+A to the top-left position on the thumb pad. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? Using a macro isnt quite working either. Its comes close, but its either always on or repeats repeatedly when pushed/activated. Any help on this is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time

Hi guys! I know my question is a bit odd, Razer is all about lights and switching them however, to be honest, I'd just love to keep a single color on my keyboard. I had the software installed but I work a lot with the Adobe products and even if my system is fast I don't like to keep on it stuff that are not necessary for my work. So, is there any way to keep the light from changing into all the rainbow's colors? Again, without having to reinstall the software. Thanks

Hello Insiders! Once again, the time has come for Gamescon. In case you may not know, Gamescon is an annual event that has been held every August since 2009 in Cologne, Germany. Gamescon is one of the biggest gaming related expos annually, packed full of announcements about upcoming games, updates, technology and much more!. So far this year we have received the story trailer for Gears 5 from Microsoft, the 6th installment in the Gears of War series, several RTX related announcements from NVIDIA and partners, including Ray Tracing support for Minecraft and Dying Light 2, along with EA releasing the gameplay trailer for Need For Speed Heat, the 24th installment of the Need for Speed series. Those are just skimming the top of this year's announcements thus far at Gamescon. Insiders, Every so often I come across perfectly working, abandoned peripherals in the office. Some are old, some have suffered some cosmetic injuries but are still in good working order and many of them aren't boxed. Would you be interested in them as giveaways?

On a Razer laptop? Does the power drain change depending on whether you're using static or big flashy effects, like wheel? How much do you save by switching from 100% brightness to 50%? I wish there was official data on this, ways to know for sure.

Last August of 2018, I bought myself the Hammerhead Pro V2's. I loved how they looked. They're aesthetically pleasing. Sound quality is amazing, especially if you're more of an EDM, pop, etc. person. Unfortunately, I'm more of a rock, metal, punk rock person and this pair could do better with the highs, but it's not too bad. Within 3 days, the left side would occasionally stop working, I thought it had something to do with my phone, I tried it on a different phone and the problem persisted, day 5 and the left ear piece stopped working altogether. I immediately went to the store I bought it from and asked for a replacement. They happily obliged as it was still within the 7 day replacement warranty they have, albeit it took them 3 months to replace it cuz they still sent it to their supplier to see if it really was a factory defect or not. Finally it was November, my replacement finally arrived and I couldn't be happier! Everything was great until July of this year, that's about 9mo. un
