My brand new razer barracuda won’t connect to my Xbox on the hyper speed thing it beeps like if it connects but I won’t work I can use it on my phone just fine 

Hi, I tried to contact Razer support via support tickets and via Facebook, but got no answer, so I will ask to try the community. I am interested in buying the laptop "Razer Blade 15 - QHD 240 Hz - GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - Black". But I want some question cleared before I buy it: 1. If I would buy a laptop from Spanish store, would I get Spanish Keyboard Layout or US International. 2. The laptop has win11 preinstalled, can I ask for win10 or preinstall it myself? 3. Is the laptop warranty sealed? Or am I free to add RAM or SSD? Subquestion: are there free slots to do that? Thank you

Purchased this laptop back in 2018. I understand this model has heat circulation issues so I purchased and used external cooling system all the time. Did not use that much as I also have a desktop, and it’s been okay for these years. It’s not until my recent use, I saw smoke coming out from my key board and I seriously panicked. Quickly turned off the power and I opened the back cover. The Bloated battery. I use all kinds of Razer products for my gaming experience, from mouse, to matt, to keyboard, to headset etc. This is my first time feeling so upset… Just Imaging this thing blow up. Obviously this is a legacy model and it’s out of warranty, but given the actual time that I spent on this laptop and, I have to say it’s Huge disappointment.  

Everyday i turn the software and it seems to have a new update slow down i want my stuff to work at start and not having to wait while it finish updating whatever.It’s super boring and the software is always the same i just want to run my rgb that’s all.

If you take a Legion as an example, all FN keys combinations are lit properly. Let’s make it on Razer blades too. I know it’s not a big deal, but if Razer blade a premium laptop, then do it as other top-tier manufactures!  

if anyone could help me out i'd really appreciate it. Just got a Razer Ripsaw HD Fresh out of the box, I'm using it with a Nintendo Switch. Cords are set up right, hdmi from switch into the input, hdmi from the capture cards output to my TV, and USB C to the back of my pc. I can see the game / switch menu on my TV, but nothing on my pc/ streamlabs/ obs PC says No active HDMI signal detected But i can see the device, it says it's working, it just isn't coming through. Any Ideas?

How do I use my razer gold account, (cards from best buy) to reload my steam wallet or just buy a steam wallet code?  I have $50.00 just want to move it over to my steam wallet?  I Got two Razer gold gift cards from best buy, redeemed them to my Razer gold account and Now I just want to buy a steam wallet code to load in to my steam wallet.  It should be so easy but seems complicated. I have been on Raze Gold’s siter for an hour trying to figure it out I will never buy these cards agene.   

I have this Razer Mamba Wireless mouse that I ham having issues with. I frequently lose the click like when I’m dragging a Window or play FPS games. I’ve been trying to look online for instructions on how to do it but I haven’t found anything. Does anyone know of a place that could replace the mouse button or a resource online that can help me do it? I don’t want to throw it away.

HelloI  have an issue with getting a signal from my capture card on my screen I will connect everything properly, get a signal just fine, play for hours on end, turn off my console, take a break, come back an hour later and have zero signal I will then get this message from my capture card popping up.  I have the image on OBS just fine, but no signal on my screen where i play. The only thing i did is to switch hdmi from ps5 to switch and now both don’t show up . I have already switch the hdmi before and no problem at all. The message :Resolution Updated Razer Ripsaw HD Your capture resolution is set to 1920x1080p @ 60fps. Please make sure your broadcasting/recording software's video input matches this resolution. NO SIGNAL detection might be experienced when using a different resolution. I don't understand  or what's getting changed and it's frustrating, specially when everything was working well until now. Thank for your response

Hello community,On my Razer Blade (i7, 32GB RAM, 3080Ti, 240Hz QHD) the dedicated GPU doesn't seem to be working properly. A friend who has the same device gets an average of 80fps in benchmarks (3DMark) while I only get 11 FPS. What is noticeable though is that the CPU also drops in scores on my device. I assume this is because the graphics calculation is only done by the CPU and not the GPU.Also, my Blade doesn't get nearly as hot as his. I have now rebooted the device several times, reinstalled windows serval times, removed drivers, installed only the Windows drivers, installed only the Intel drivers, installed only the Nvidia drivers or install all drivers together. None of these have resulted in any change. Also games like CSGO or MW2 have way too little FPS. What I also noticed:- I cannot open the Nvidia Control Panel. It simply does not start.- in Geforce Experience it always shows that there is a driver to install, but after installation the info doesn't disappear and I could r

I noticed recently that razer publishes stand alone firmware update software for the products I own, the huntsman mini and naga pro… my questions are;how can I check existing firmware version of devices?Is it required to run these standalone firmware update utilities if I use Synapse, I would expect Synapse to apply firmware updates to the devices? I had a search for a while and couldn’t find any answers to this so hopefully someone here can answer this.Thank you :)

As a result of last night's lightning strike on my apartment building, something connected to the internet blew apart, and as a result, our internet has been out and my PS5 won't switch on. That was the sole device attached to the router, off, and connected to a surge protector. The cost of a brand-new PS5 is my insurance deductible, and it was past its warranty period. Simply going to have to take the $250 hit to get things fixed. Knowledge gained!

Hi, my son has a PlayStation 5 and would like a mouse and keyboard to play games. Mainly Fortnite. I was thinking of getting him the Razer Power up bundle that includes the Cynosa Lite keyboard, the Viper optical gaming mouse (he is left handed) and the Kraken X lite 7.1 gaming headset.Are these compatible with a PlayStation 5?Thanks!

Can I use the Razer Core Chroma X with the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT graphics card?

So my Naga Chroma was starting to act funky so I bought a Naga X.  My keyboard is the BlackWidow Ultimate 2017.  In the game I play I had certain commands linked to Alt+Num 1 ( which was the 1 button on my thumb pad).  Everytime I tried to change it on the new synapse it just “dinged” me and wouldn’t change anything. The Razer Synapse on my toolbar (green cloud) is not showing my new mouse, and the new version it had me download is not showing my keyboard.. I’m stuck. for now gonna plug back in my old Naga Chroma and deal with its glitches. Any help would be great..

I have the Deathadder V3 and got the 4000hz dongle not long ago and was wondering if I should be using a higher dpi to utilize the most out of this dongle or if my dpi didn’t have an effect on anything.
