[NOTICE] Broken Insider Achievements

Hello Insiders! I have a little notice about the broken achievements here on Insider, that do not activate on their own and require manual activation from us. We can only manually activate those what should be renewing achievements once, per achievement, for each user. Examples of those achievements include:
  • "Who's Next, You Decide"
  • "That's The Stuff"
  • "Mod Nod"
There are also Insider Achievements that are not renewable, but which are also broken and don't activate on their own. We can also activate those for you as well, once per user, per achievement, as they would normally. If you require any achievements to be registered manually that you have not received once before, feel free to send me or one of the other Vanguards a PM with proof of the achievement requirements completed, and we can get it sorted out for you. Alright, going to send you a PM. Dont really need the Silver but I have an itch to complete as many achievements as I can be it on Steam or on Insider.

Good to see you guys activating most of the bugged achievements since I saw so many support threads on Insider concerning them. Good job.

So let me get this straight, every time i vote the next month featured p2p game i shall ask so that it can be activated? Thought its gone for good, didnt get it anymore since a few months ago. So might i trouble with a full list of achievements that need this kind of treatment?

Maybe consider including some new achievements to replace the outdated version? I was visited Razer stores and log in my Razer ID to achieve "Brick & Mortar FTW". But the staff told me that they don't receive and information about that, even they had asked the supervisor.......

Yes, there are a lot of achievements that broken and not giving reward. I purchased whole Razer products only without the Razer blade. Even I plug the keyboard, headset etc. The insider could not reward me the appropriate reward. I registered all the product that I purchased, but still, non reward.... With the above saying so, I lost a considerable amount of silver lol

This is another great thread for anyone having questions about achievements. I've been contacting Jenjar for the past few months about manual activations and it's very good to know that other users won't have to trouble him for the same reasons. In the end, manual activations of recurring awards can happen once and if you have one that hasn't been activated for the first time feel free to contact a Vanguard.

well i got the Nice achievement. after that, there is no more good behavior achievements. good to know that you bring this up. thanks!

some achievements are so hard. like the good behavior.

Since it has broke, we are able to manually activate it once. So even though you have voted for several months since it has broken, you are only able to get the achievement manually once.

Physical Razerstore staff can not activate the "Brick and Mortar FTW" achievement. In order to get it, or any of the other IRL Razer related achievements, you need to send proof to a Vanguard here on Insider, that you visited a store or went to an event. This proof can come in the form of a receipt from the physical store, an image of you at the store (for example: holding a piece of paper with your insider username infront of the store), etc..

Please send me a PM with proof of product ownership (ex. image of products in synapse or on Razer ID site), and I should be able to get you the achievements you are missing.

@Jenjar maybe you can also help me. It seems the Razer Insider and my RazerID is not syncing maybe that's why I can't collect my "You're Surround-ed" and "Fully Decked Out". Can I pm you?

Upload the image somewhere like imgur, copy the link and then use the tags. You can also click the "media button" (next to the smiley face) and insert the URL that way.
