Razer Hammerhead True Wireless, right earbud has no sound but the sensor works.

As the title suggest, my right earbud has had no sound for the past 3 days, the sensor still works though. I can play, pause, skip to the next song with it. I've tried cleaning the connections between the case and the earbud and I tried most of the resets, I haven't tried to plug it in my pc yet to see if there's anything I can do with that.

I'm just lost on what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to update your earbud’s firmware by following the steps below:

 

  1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.

  2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.

  3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.

  4. Follow the update instructions.

 

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
