I’ve never had to contact Razer support, but the attention to detail they have on their products is phenomenal so I won’t be surprised if the support is the same. Good job, Razer!
It's hard to believe that Razer took first place at all, but not impossible, i think it's just the top made by one of the brands review, i mean it's not worldwide. So it can be true for all i know.

Razer outshining apple support in terms of laptops is extremely implausible. I mean believing Santa Claus is real might be easier to justify.
The reddit horror stories I see everyday have something else to say but I take your word over them for sure. /s
How is that defined? Razer only has a few stores, the rest is all online. Sure the support is really helpful but all the other companies mentioned above are much better positioned.
