Razer viper ultimate and viper mini scroll
i've been using the viper mini since march this year, the scroll wheel started to become loose and my viper ultimate scroll wheel is becoming loose as well, what is the reason why it's loose?

You can always try to contact Razer support (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/email_us). Especially if your mouses are still under warranty.
My Viper Ultimate doesn't have any wheel problems after a bit less than half a year of usage. But I could imaging, more you use it, the more it will be loose, as with any mechanical thing. Of course, it should not happen too fast - so maybe your one is defective

Sometimes, dust accumulated within its scroll wheel may cause this issue. Try cleaning your mouse using a can of compressed air to remove any build-up dirt. Here's a guide on how to clean your device. But if it's beyond that, PM me the serial number of your mouse along with a copy of its proof of purchase since we might have to submit a warranty claim.
