for several days, it does not give me rewards when playing the Raid legends game in the paid to play campaign

Raid: Shadow Legends was updated on Aug 03, which causes some unpredictable issues for our users. If you are impacted by this update, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot:


If you encounter this issue before the update, please feel free to provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM. And let us know from which day you cannot claim your Razer Silver by playing this game.

Hi @corma97,
You can try this method if it works for you.

Go to My Library > Click on the refresh button > Make sure Raid Shadow Legends appear as shown in below.


At PAID TO PLAY Razer Cortex make sure there is a PLAY button when you hover over the game icon.
Start Plarium Play > Launch Raid Shadow Legends by clicking at this PLAY button at Razer Cortex.
