Just got this headset and noticed any time I muted my mic by using the mic mute button on the headset, it would stay muted even if I pressed the mute button again. Even if keep pressing it mute, unmute, mute, etc. it stays muted permanently until I restart the headset or PC.

This issue stops happening after closing Synapse 4 and comes back when I re-launch Synapse 4.

Also, isn't this headset supposed to save your custom EQ? When I close Synapse 4 and restart the headset, it's back to the default horrible sound.

How can I go about fixing this?
