Transactions Pending

Hi guys, I have a problem with Adding Gold. At first when I was adding 1.280.000 VND (about $57 USD) but the system said failed to proceed, instead it took 1.300.000 VND which is fine by me, and it - the money in my bank account already. However, after that the transaction stay in Pending mode for like about 4-5 hours. I was wondering how long is it gonna take for this pending to be finished? I would appreciate a lot if someone can answer my wonder. Thanks for reading. Best Regards.
