On razer synapse 3 i went on there to make a new macro and i cant find the macro section. It has just completely disappeared

try restarting it. Usually when something is missing for me (devices and studio) program/system restart is enough. if it's not in the top row then there should be the ... sign
Switch to module tab and cheack if the macro module is installed on synapse.
