2 Naga Trinity issues

I got this mouse for the December holiday back in 2018 and actually really dig it.
almost immediately there was an issue with it not tracking quite right, so suddenly the mouse will kind of crawl across the screen no matter how fast I'm moving my hand....
it only happens like once or twice a day, and only for a a couple seconds at a time, so seeing on how I'm not a streamer or professional competitive gamer or anything I didn't worry too much about it. it was just a mild annoyance that didn't really amount to a blip on the radar when compared to the other things on my list of concerns..

But now the mouse has started double clicking.
like it's reading one click as a double click, and when I try to drag things around it will either open the file I want to drag, or release the things I'm dragging halfway through the drag, sometimes duplicating or scattering the files I'm dragging...

I just learned that the warranty on the Serial Number is expired when i tried getting assistance with the problem and was very rudely redirected here as if the arbitrary date means that my problem(despite being a customer that recently bought a matching razer keyboard and was planning to get the mousepad) was nothing more than annoyance to the company..


I'm hoping there's a way to fix this problem on my end. because at this point, if I have to buy a new mouse I'm probably going to go logitech and hopefully get something that will work without any issues for longer than two years.
