Alexa won't connect to Synapse 3

    Hello everyone,

    I've been trying to get the Alexa module in Synapse to work with my chroma devices. I have it linked to my Amazon account and it works fine as is with my Kraken microphone. But going into the Alexa app shows that synapse as a device is 'offline' and I can't figure out how to connect it. Furthermore, I've read that Synapse's compatibility depends on a skill within Alexa that needs to be enabled. But for whatever reason, the button on the skill store to enable the skill redirects me to a Razer webpage, rather than enabling the skill.

    After more reading, I've heard that Amazon claims this to be a problem on Razer's end and that I'm not the only one with this issue. But other people here on insider with the same problem also have no public solutions.

    Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this? Is this really a problem on Razer's end or Amazon's?

  2. Somewhat the same problem here. I went through all the steps and got the menu shoeing the Alexa circle icon. I click on it and start speaking. The box comes up and displays "listening" for a bit then shows "thinking" for a bit then just goes away with no results or sound. I checked my mike and headphones and they are fine. How do I uninstall and maybe reinstall Alexa???

    I haven't set it up yet, but I've watched the following tutorial and it says to register Synapse as a device. So, on your Amazon account, I assume Synapse should appear under "your devices".
