Battery Super Swollen, Power No Longer

Hi all, My Razer Blade 14 (late 2016) battery had gotten so swollen that it cracked my trackpad a few months ago. Today the computer shut off - not even under heavy load - and would not turn back on again. Power to the adaptor was confirmed and tried several different outlets. I removed the battery to see if the AC power from the adaptor would work without the battery, as google told me it should. No luck. Can't see any obvious issues with the board, and can't see any physical damage from the battery's swelling besides the trackpad. Has this happened before? What's probably the issue? What should I check, what could I fix? Best, Doug

I would always dissuade people from DIY fixing issues that are battery-related. Since the battery has already started to swell, there isn't much that you can do but get it replaced. Send me a message if you want to send it in for repair. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
