Blackwidow v3 is not detected in BT mode

When i connect my Blackwidow v3 mini Hyperspeed, its is not detected by Chroma Studio. After tinkering around a lot, when using 2.4 it does work. I do find this strange, in the explanation of Chroma Studio nothing is explained about how to connect and also have not found these specifics in the hardware page?

Were there any changes to your system/device before the issue? Isolate the behavior by reinstalling the drivers of your keyboard. Should the issue persists, do send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and assist you accordingly. Let's take it from there.
