I recently bought a Huntsman v2 Analog. I really like it all the way down to the individual keys. Sadly it is so beautiful that I don't want to add Cyrillic stickers on top of my keys. I have not yet memorized the Russian keyboard but I will need it for university and chatting. I was curious if Razer offers official English/Russian keys for their keyboards (I didn't find anything myself)? With the way, they make their keyboard keys easy for customization I cannot see why they don't have them. I would prefer not to change keyboards every time I need to write Russian. But if no other options present themselves I guess I will keep a secondary keyboard nearby before I buy stickers to destroy this beautiful keyboard.

TLDR: does Razer have official English (Latin letters)/Russian (Cyrillic) aftermarket keys for keyboards?

I don't think, that Razer have aftermarket Cyrillic keycaps.
But you can actually buy any Cherry compatible keycaps, and put it on your Huntsman Analog.
