How to get Deathstalker Chroma to work with games? (changing color)

Hello, I recently bought a Razer Deathstalker Chroma and I've installed Synapse 2 - alongside Terraria to test it out. My keyboard isn't changing colors when I open/play Terraria, but it flashes whenever I disable Terraria in Chroma Apps or exit out of the game.

It shows that Deathstalker Chroma is compatible with Terraria so why isn't it working?
