Huntsman Elite chroma effect wave lag with synapse 3

Hello,

I have problems with huntsman elite and synapse 3.0 on startup. My chroma effect wave always lag and only way to fix it is to open synapse 3.0 and open feedback tab and wave lag is gone.

This is how i installed synapse:
Delete synapse from my pc (hidden folder Program data, %appdata%local and roaming and registry folder called Razer) then after that reboot pc and reinstall all devices in device manager (keyboard and mouse). After everything i just run synapse as administrator and install synapse 3.0 (without chroma studio, macro etc...)

Also there is a conflict with kaspersky 2019 version. If game is not added to trusted apps by (kaspersky not user) synapse or kaspersky will freeze all usb ports and i need to wait 10-20 sec for unfreeze.

I can record a video if needed so someone from Razer can fix this problem.

Can you cheack few things. What version of synapse you use, cpu and power consamption you have when the lag is present. Try also remove the chroma profile you use and re-create it on new one.

Synapse version 3.4.0331.031119

Cpu usage is 1% (im on 7980xe)
Power consumption is 200w idle

I tried removing chroma profiles and creating new one. I also created ticket with kaspersky team and they will investigate this. I remember this problem with Shadow of the tomb raider. Kaspersky didnt add this app as trusted by default and my usb ports would freeze and chroma effect wave will lag. When they added Shadow of the tomb raider to trusted apps by default everything was perfect. Now i have problems with Capcom games (DMC5, Ace Combat 7, Resident evil 2 remake etc...). Kaspersky need to add these apps as trusted by default. I can dodge this by turning off synapse or kaspersky while i launch game and wait few seconds then turn synapse or kaspersky back.

You can also cheack if this is specific issue with something on your pc. To cheack this if you can connect device that have wave effect on difrent pc and run synapse and kaspersky. There you will 100% what is the isse.

I have 4 different computers and all produce same problem with kaspersky installed (if you dont run synapse 3 with kaspersky freeze wont happen and vice versa. I also have update from kaspersky (they collected all data to fix this)

The problem is gameservicemanager.exe

After investigation gameservicemanager.exe is interacting with game or app and cause freezes and lags: mouse,keyboard and mousepad. Razer is silent on this for almost 7 months and only thing they say reinstall synapse 3.0. I will just change my peripherals next month to different brand that's it.
