Keys with wrong colors and other Blade 15 issues

Hello,
I have a blade 15 advanced model from 2021 and all of the sudden the "ins" "del" "backspace" "\\|" and "up" keys, all at the same time, stopped displaying their colors correctly. All of them have an offset, and sometimes they are just straight red while everything is green. When the computer is waking up from sleep, those are the only keys that are turned on... something is going on. The system itself is also acting a bit weird, it's getting slower and it heats up a lot even when it's idle, nothing happening on task manager. Sometimes the screen blinks briefly, like a black flash. I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software issue. Maybe both? Is it bad luck? Is it a malware? Can anyone help me?

Same problem here it all happened after sleep mode
The keys F1, 1, Q, A, and shift colors stay on red or not synced with other colors on the synapse app i already tried uninstalling and reinstall the synapse or check the drivers and update the OS but still not yet fixed
Here's a picture on my keyboard on my blade 15
I have the same problem. I own a Razer Blade 15, and there is a red light in some keys of the keyboard that are always being displayed, even if the configuration made on Synapse 3 says that they should have another color or even be turned off.
Here is a picture of my keyboard, in this image all the keys should be off but still there is a red light in the keys right enter, right shift, left arrow, down arrow and right arrow.
Also, the problem is not consistent, early in the morning there was also red light stuck in the keys ins, del, <-, \\|, right fn.
I made a clean installation of Synapse 3, following all the steps in the page, including searching for updates for windows. But the problem is still there.
Can anyone help me?

Hey MontanaGamer, RigellStar21, and leonardoward! Sorry to hear about your laptop's key's concern. Were there any software or hardware changes before the issue? Ensure to run all the latest Windows updates and use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to install all updated drivers to your unit. Please uninstall your Razer Synapse 3.0 and use the Razer driver clean-up tool through this link. Once done, restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Let me know how it goes.
