Kraken Kitty Headset disconnect issues

    Kitty headset keeps disconnecting, reconnecting. updated synaps, repaired razor synaps, uninstalled, reinstalled headset from device manager.

    changed usb ports, 2.0 and 3.2 still both have issue
    uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled drivers. Happens on multiple computers.

    in the device manager when it stops working it removes itself from audio input/output and sound, video and game controllers but not from human inferface devices

    still occurs after exiting cortex/synapse

    Cannot find a fix anywhere online. These were expensive so I'm really disappointed.
