I have a Blade 15 2020 Base model 2060 with a Thunderbolt 3 port connected to the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock and I am seeing lag when scrolling and moving windows, typing etc. except when playing games, even though the monitors are set to 144 hz. The monitors are connected to the dock using Displayport to USB c cables I bought from amazon. Video https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ai9QcIJeyXS3hJIYSDY_IpfgJhiLGA?e=HtTdhg I was thinking is this a problem because the Blade 15 having only Thunderbolt 3 and not 4 or is there some other issue? I don't think it is the monitors, dock or cables I think so because I used it with another laptop with thunderbolt 4 port has no lag and is very smooth.

Have you tried updating the GPU driver of your Razer Blade laptop and making sure both of the Synapse application Windows OS are up to date? If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number of the dock and your laptop so I can validate their model and look for other steps to help you address the lag issue.
