My Kraken V3 Pro has issues. can someone help

Today I updated the firmware for my Kraken V3 Pro. After updating the firmware, while playing games my Kraken V3 Pro suddenly turns off. (Off without the green light up at all) have to press to turn on again, which makes the software when searching for the device hangs as well. After several rounds, it will not see the Device again until I have to restart the computer. Is there a way to fix it? I asked. Razer Official Thailand on Facebook, they read and do not reply to me. which i am very sad :frown_:

Try to reinstall the driver of your headset in the device manager and use a different USB port for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you address the connection issue of your device. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
