My Razer Siren Xs mute button does not work anymore

    Just like the title says,

    The button lights up green, and I can click it and make it red, but it doesn't seem to mute me. On discord, the battle.net app, doesn't matter, my friends can hear me.

    If anyone knows a fix I would love the help!
