Nari Ultimate and THX Spatial Sound dont play nice

Hi there,
So I may be posting something already brought up, but it seems like there needs to be more work put into the THX sound drivers or something.
Ive had my Nari Ultimate for maybe 5 weeks now and I have to say that I fell in love with it as soon as i played a match with it in R6S. The bass, the haptics, everything.
Well come a little later, and now I am having problems with it left and right. Disconnection problems all the time, fixed that with a USB extension cable to make it work. Now THX Spatial Audio doesn't want to come out and play nice.
Powering it on and off does nothing, Trying other USB ports does nothing, and when it would work! Game Dialogue was dead. And i am talking like a Grandfather whispering his final words. Just. Dead.
I am not sure who has managed to get it to play nice, but for now on it seems like I have to leave this beautiful work in the dustbin as I use the standard Gaming Sound output. Still nice, and usable, but I just don't quite get the clarity.
So I plead to you, people of the internet, can you brighten my day? Or shall i continue on in the memories of the past as it was... In the past.

Hello there @DeltaGammaXray! We appreciate posting your concern to our support board. When did the issue start? Is there any hardware or software changes in your PC before the issue started? Have you updated your Razer Nair Ultimate through Razer Synapse? What your Razer Synapse current version?
Hey there!
This issue seemed to have started not to long ago. Everything was nice up until recently, probably a week or two before post. No significant changes have been made, besides a RAM upgrade. I wouldn't think some more RAM would affect it. Software changes has been nothing, besides a repair try on Synapse. My current version is 3.4.711.71718. I am currently playing on the game function, and i recently now am getting hard crackling at certain points on the waveform. Not sure if it is high or low freq. but its a bit irritating. Could I possibly have a faulty headset?

I appreciate your detailed response. By the way, does the disconnection happen while using it via 3.5mm stereo cable? Please try the following below and see if it helps:

1. Create a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if the issue persist while logged in
2. Connect your headset to a different computer with Razer Synapse and replicate the issue.

If issue not fixed, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
