Peripherals cause windows to not load after sitting off all night

So about a month and a half ago, my pc stopped turning on the first time of the day. I turn it on and it sits pinwheeling trying to load into windows, but can't. I have to hard reset it. I took it in to microcenter for them to check and diagnose and they can't find anything wrong with it, or mimic the behavior. It only happens when both my mouse and keyboard are plugged in. Over the last few days I've been testing various configurations, and it only occurs if two peripherals or more are plugged in. If only one is plugged in the computer starts up fine. I've had these peripherals for about 3.5 years, and they have never given me any issues before.

How about reset your device settings? If you have extra devices, you can reset settings one by one.(I think it's hard but certain way to fix.)

Another way is just reinstalling Razer Synapse. Follow below instructions :

First, uninstall Razer Synapse.

Second, check below 4 folders are deleted. ( Important)
-1. C:\\User\\ - your account profile name- \\AppData\\Local\\Razer
-2. C:\\Program Files\\Razer
-3. C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer
-4. C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer Chroma SDK

Third, get Razer Synapse installer in here -> Razer Synapse 3 - Cloud-Based Hardware Configuration Tool | Razer United States (Not required when you have installer)

Fourth, install Razer Synapse again.

Maybe this will help you.

Should I not reload my profiles then, and just start from scratch? Also how important is it to get the razer chroma SDK file? I can't locate that one.

1.I guess device settings are broken by some reason. I suggest first one because Synapse stores the settings.

2. Do you use chroma in synapse? If you don't, Razer Chroma SDK files will not exist.(Cause it never created.)
Some of the Razer Chroma SDK files are LED color profiles. It may cause crash between two devices when it's broken.

I do use chroma in synapse. When I uninstalled synapse it must have deleted that file, because after the reinstall it showed up again. I went through synapse and choose rest on the mouse and keyboard, couldn't reset the mouse pad or headsets.

I should mention that I've recently done a few clean installs of windows 11(around 3) as part of the trouble shooting, and have reinstalled synapse multiple times at this point.

I will follow up tomorrow, after seeing it if starts up.

Maybe this is not software problem. In this occasion, I guess it's Hardware problem. Maybe @Razer.Speedcr0ss can help you.

Hey, @Razer.Speedcr0ss. Can you help this member? You have hardware knowledge more than me.

I am worried its a hardware issue, because when i check my event logs after the pin wheel occurs, there aren't any logs for the time frame of the pinwheel. So I suspect that this is occurring before the software can even start running... unless its trying to start before windows even loads in... and that's what prevents it from loading windows?

Thanks for the mention, samuel2050!

Hey Mistling! Are you using a computer with Intel or AMD chipset? If the Razer Synapse is installed, please uninstall it first, then download and install the Razer Driver Cleanup tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinitiate the Razer Synapse 3.0 after installing. Should the issue persists, please gather the Razer Synapse logs. Save them via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the accessible link in your PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
