Problems Purchasing from Razer Website

    Has anyone had trouble purchasing from the website? I've had two credit card orders cancelled after they were placed (on good cards with no issues) and my accounts attached to PayPal are not accepted (checking account and two credit cards). This is driving me nuts!!! I just want to give the company money - why is it so hard?!?

    BTW, chat support was no help - I was told I'll have to wait 2-3 business days for someone in a "Higher Department" to get back to me.

    You can always contact your bank support to ask why the transtaction was canceled they should anwear this via phone call.
