After 1 year of use, the left side of the controller stopped working. I solved it by changing the sides of the ribbon, and that worked for a while. Now the left side stopped working again, with no possible solution. I don't know what to do because the right side of the controller works with both sides of the ribbon, but the left side does not. It is incredible how such an expensive controller has so little support or upgrades to adapt to the games and not the other way around.
Oh no, that's one of the most terrible case happened. I think Razer Support team can help you. Or you might send it to Razer for repair it. Below link will help you. When can I expect to receive my repaired or replacement device? (razer.com)
Thank you, @samuel2050 I will check, but sending the controller to Razer to repair it is not an available option.
You're right, @grabiel.montero. I'm sorry but I didn't realize your warranty was out of date. I have a question for give you some suggestions. What platform are you using Razer Kishi?
It might worth to buy a new one. Razer Kishi for android is on sale by almost half. Same sales on Razer Kishi for android(Xbox). Check this out. Universal Gaming Controller for Android- Razer Kishi
Thanks, but seeing the price reduction, and the main problem with the controller, it gives a lot to think about. Especially being aware that the Razer team has shown no interest in extending the life of the Kishi or improving the gaming experience. I'd better get a Bluetooth controller. …and grateful for the time and your help.
