Razer Kiyo Not Working

So recently I bought a Razer Kiyo from a Walmart store. When I got home I had the BEST unboxing experience (Just wanted to put that in there) but when I plugged in the Kiyo into my desktop, it didn't work. Razer Synapse detected it, but I couldn't preview the camera. I was stuck on a screen that said my camera settings and Razer Synapse settings were different and I had two buttons I could press, one said to stick with Razer Synapse settings, or go with the camera settings, but none of the buttons did anything.
So I opened up my laptop, plugged in the Kiyo, and it worked perfectly.

Intel Core i5 2nd gen
AMD Radeon HD 5450
16 GB Memory
2 TB hard drive space

Laptop specs
Intel Core i5 3rd gen
Intel HD Graphics
12 GB memory
250 GB hard drive space

Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Do you mind sending me the serial number and a screenshot of how Kiyo appears on the Device Manager via PM? I can use those to verify its model and see things from your perspective. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's continue from there.
