razer sila router vpn client problem

Hello, Some have tested use vpn client in Razer Sila routern!!! Has tried but filled in username and password and an ovpn file and router do an reboot. When was online says is pending I disconnected and connect says then connected but could not coming out on my ISP!! have submit an ticket on that for cant find nothing about use vpn clint in that router strange.
