razer synapse program problem please help

    razer synapse program saying to use performance mode laptop charger must be plugged in. well the charger is plugged in and working lol please help, thanks

    I honestly have not seen that before. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message? I'd appreciate it if you can PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can verify the model.

    i found out this is normal, the only 2 modes in the performance section is auto, and manual settings. oh and its a razer blade 15 2019 advanced model mercury white.
