razer synapse program problem please help

I honestly have not seen that before. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message? I'd appreciate it if you can PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can verify the model.

i found out this is normal, the only 2 modes in the performance section is auto, and manual settings. oh and its a razer blade 15 2019 advanced model mercury white.

Were you referring to the performance tab in Synapse? I am on an RB15 Advanced, and I've tried different things, but I never got that message.

hey have you heard of all the issues with the webcam and mic on the razer blade 15s stop working?

here are pics this is normal you either have balanced or manual modes, and the power thing is just telling you to have the laptop plugged in when using performance mode. balanced mode works great just the right balance.

I see, I never really had the need to switch performance modes. The games I play run just fine on balanced mode and my RB15 is stable and silent.

ya me to, i will say that these razer blade 15 advanced models are really a work of art. ive never ever had this nice of a laptop.
