So I bought the genshin x razer collab and apparently the in-game bundle was "cancelled" for me
So I saw that the genshin x razer in-game bundle was "delivered" but i never received it in my email so i asked the support what happened they said it was apparently "cancelled"... like what the.. has anyone had this happen before and what's gonna happen now? they said that they will be filing a ticket right now but I have this bad feeling somehow. So if anyone have had this happen to them before please let me know what happened to you. thanks!
