Surrond activation code longevity

    I purchased a kracken a while back roughly 2ish years ago and but never utilized the activation code for surround. For the most part I have been using the legacy synapse and had not needed to download the newer programs up until recently. I still have the code however whenever I attempted to use it, it stated that the code was invalid when I have not used until now, can I get this fixed?

    Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message and a photo of the activation code? Upload it on Google Drive, then send me the shareable link via PM. That way, I can see things from your perspective. Let's go from there.
