Synapse 3 keeps losing connection with my Hue Bridge

I recently purchased a hue bridge and 3 hue compatible lights so that I could sync them with my Razer products with the intent of using the dynamic in game lighting (the thing that changes your peripherals to match something happening in game).

So initially, it was working. No issue. Then after about a week it stopped. I'll start up a game and it will say that the bridge is connected, but shortly after the game is started up it disconnects. Having it connected normally out of a game works fine. It is only whenever I start up a game that it will disconnect shortly after.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

First of all cheack in hue app if you any update avalible if yes update everything. Next thing is reset a bridge buton is behind the bridge and set-up one more time. Also you can cheack if the ledstrip or bulbs you using have a good connection to internet they are working as a mesh one connect to another.
I have the same Problem. I bought Hue just because of gaming and now i am very disappointed. Most of the times, soon as I start a game, let's say Quake, Synpase is losing the Connection to the Bridge: "stream occupied". Lights go off and nothing happens. Then I have to go out of the game again and reconnect Synapse with the bridge. Sometimes Synapse also loses the connection to the bulb or my my go. And you always have to restart the game, which i so annoying, that I stopped trying. Very, very bitter.

edit: I should add, that "Hue sync" has no Problems at all. It's synpase!

Try this what i write above also you can try to go to hue app and remove all entertaintment profiles and create new one and choose it in synapse after rebooting pc when you create it 🙂
I would recommend looking in what USB port you plugged it in.
Synapse kept disconnecting my keyboard and mouse, closed Synapse and the problems were gone.
After checking what USB port I was using, which was USB 3 I changed it to USB 2. Problems are gone.
Not sure if this helps you.

Forgot to mention, I have synapse running and my devices on USB 2 and no problems

This dont help becose bulb dont use usb but E-27 screw 🙂 and this is not a razer hardwere but philips lightning system for house that synapse can support as entertaintment profile 😛 Next thing everything here should fix the issue if this is not a synapse itself issue ^^^
