Synapse 3 Not detecting any devices

So I recently started using the Razer Huntsmen Elite and the Razer Mamba Elite. I plugged them in, installed the Synapse 3 software and everything worked fine for roughly one day. The next day though, my mouse and keyboard keep disconnecting from Synapse 3 every few hours. They were still usable as a standard keyboard and mouse but would not connect to synapse 3 and would not display my light set-ups. I've tried clean reinstalling my Synapse 3, repairing the software, restarting my PC and wiping the devices from my PC and reinstalling their drivers. None of the above has seemed to work so I left it for the day. The next day, only my keyboard would connect to Synapse 3 but my mouse would not. It's probably worth noting that my keyboard and mouse in my device driver settings are both displayed in the keyboard section regardless one being a mouse. In actual fact, my mouse appears to be in the keyboard section but is just called HID Mouse in the mouse section, wehn before uninstalling the drivers it said Razer Mamba Elite. I'm about to test them on another device and will update this with more information if possible.

Update - The keyboard and mouse both worked perfectly on another device. Meaning that it's something with my pc that's directly messing up with synapse or the devices.
