    I ordered a headset on the 30th of April, it was delivered to my location on the 9th of May but I was at work, then it was immediately sent back to the shipper after one attempt. I've called FedEx about twenty times this week and was told that I need to contact the people I bought it from. As of right now I've been charged a hundred dollars for a product that I never received, I can't find a phone number or any to speak to representative online, but I would like to get the product that I paid for or at the very least a refund.
