I have gone through multiple support cases with this issue and have not gotten a resolution so I figured I’d come here and see if anyone has seen this or experienced this yet. The command dial does not respond at all, and the whole keyboard page in synapse 3 does not load.
I purchased it via amazon, and first went through getting a replacement from them per the first ticket I opened with Razer support and the same behavior occurs on the new keyboard with new cables and every combo in between.

So far the troubleshooting steps I have done are:
- done a fresh install of synapse per https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1708/~/how-to-re-install-razer-synapse-3-%26-2.0-on-windows
- fresh install of the keyboard drivers themselves
- tested every different usb port and cable combination that I have available across two keyboards and sets of included cables
I don’t have a separate PC that I can test this on unfortunately and would like to avoid reinstalling windows if at all possible.
Any ideas?
