Huntsman Mini O key working half the time

My o key works than cuts out I have to hit multi times for it to work. I have a few keys that are just sticking and wont work, I have it had for like a week..

Hi there! Thanks for posting your keyboard's concern here. Does the issue happen while the keyboard is connected to another USB port? Ensure that it's attached directly to your USB port and not through a USB hub. Please test the Razer Huntsman Mini while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled/closed or plugged into another computer without Razer Synapse installed? Please send me your Razer Synapse 3.0's by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
