Is there a way to control the time that the application ribbon is visible when you use the Switch Applications on the Command Dial.Right now the ribbon closes too fast for me to see what apps are open, I usually have alot of apps open at a time. I work so I may have 10 or more apps open.

Hi! I want to replace my switches in my hunsman mini because i feel that it is getting old.  I have a choice. I can huy the exact same switch, and i can buy the new analog one. If i buy 5 analog switch, put it in WASD, and i buy the original anywhere else, can i get the software for the analog huntsman and chand the settings for WASD, and still have the old Huntsman Mini?

I have bought my BlackWidow v3 Mini Hyperspeed in June 2021 so I am out of warranty by now. But my issue only started like 3 weeks ago. I dont think theres a particular cause, it just happened that my left control key has become unresponsive. Often the key does not react, or is spamming the input, or is heavily delayed. I think the problem is the contact of the key with the pcb. It feels like some dust managed to get in there and block some of the signals? I have tried everything Razer recommends someone to try like updating firmware, using a different connection method, clean the keyboard, closing razer synapse, etc.So I’m like really convinced that the connection between switch and pcb is somehow obstructed by some dust or whatever, how can i clean that?Can i just pour a bit of alcohol 70+% into it, press the switch a few times and hope for the best? Of course I would let it dry out for like a day before trying again, but does it even make sense? Since my keyboard is wireless it has

Hi guys. My Deathstalker V2 Pro's RGB light just stop working via 2.4Ghz mode, it’s off completely. And it only lit up in with a static color with wired connection. All this happens after I update the firmware to v1.03.00_r2. I paired the keyboard with my Basilisk V3 pro’s dongle and the RGB works normally, but sometimes a key would be stuck and it would write something like “kkkkkkkkkk...”. Very annoying. Please help. Is there a way to roll back the keyboard firmware? What else can I do?

Hi, I have a model: BLACKWIDOW ELITE, the colors don't change at all, stuck on the same colors or don't change colors at all, everything is stuck on all kinds of colors without actually performing even a WAVE, I did a HARD RESET and still nothing happens When I change the modes in STUDIO the colors stay in place without changingOn the other hand, I have a BASILISK model mouse that works great with changing colors, only the keyboard doesn't do what it should when changing colors

Hello, so I am using my huntsman te and suddenly it stops working and the port smells burnt. So, I opened the keyboard and checked the type c port, and it has a burnt smell. I tried to use a new type c cable and it’s still the same. Not working and smells burnt. Can I find a replacement part for this one? Or do I just accept the fact that my keyboard is broken?

I have attempted to update my keyboard to address flashing LED lights, and stuck key press when bound to the basilisk v3 pro (firmware updated the basilik which says it addresses this issue - it doesn’t still stuck keys and light issues) and Windows detected a trojan.I’m going to take my keyboard, mouse and laptop back to the store and ask for RMA, they do not work, it’s been a constant battle for a very expensive product, very unhappy.\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX0\WirelessSetFWU.exeprocess: pid:24760,ProcessStart:133379022021227805

Hey guys, I’ve bought the razer blackwidow v3 keyboard yesterday. It's a nice keyboard and I like the sound when it clicks (silly me xd). The lighting effect on the keyboard is also very nice and the wrist support is just tooo goooddd. There is just one thing that kind of   annoys me; the F1 Button isn't working in some game that I am playing. Is this normal? I tried to rebind the keys in the game that I'm playing, but when I hit F1 the game tells me I'm pressing F8, which is not correct of course.. Just found out that also the exclamation mark combination (shift + 1) is also not working.  Oh and as well for all the other combinations (shift + 2,3,4,5 etc etc. How do I fix this? I already asked support as well, but I have no idea how long it's gonna take until they're gonna reply on my case. Any help will be appreciated :)

I bought my razer huntsman mini for 2 weeks ago and already i got a problem with the 8 i k and , light now shutting off, and it is onlyt them.  They do not shut off when all effects are off and not when my pc is off either. The light is just white if that matters.

I want Huntsman keyboard with adjustable 0.1~4.0mm actuation points and also with rapid trigger enabled at that range . Then there will be no contender like wooting or apex pro . Please razer make new Huntsman keyboard with that feature . I would buy that and throw away my wooting keyboard like a trash even If the new keyboard costs as same as the viper mini signature edition .

So im trying to play a game and use macro. But the Gepard shield detect the synapse and requires i close it. Is there any way i can make the macro work while ive shut down synapse?

Hi all, I’ve had my keyboard for over a year now been using it on the Xbox and I have changed to pc now. Keyboard was working well for a couple of hours and all of a sudden my pc is not letting it connect the Razer app can’t detect it as it keeps cutting in and out. After a little bit the keyboard turns red and nothing happens any help would be much appreciated!

Hi!I was a very happy user of Huntsman Elite v2 mechanical keyboard, but sadly it broke. I loved the purple switches as well as the whole feel and wrist rest. Now i need to get a new one but i want it to feel pretty much the same as the old one. The only difference is I was thinking about getting wiraless keyboard. Is there anything from Razer that could fill the gap in my heart and desk?

Hey folks, Got a bit of a weird one for you. My Blackwidow Elite v2 isn’t showing up in Synapse, but Chroma is still working. When i turned on the Visualiser in the Chroma Studio my keyboard is reacting to it fine. I’ve tried doing a fresh install of synapse, wiping the drivers and reinstalling, using a different usb port, and checking for any driver/windows updates. Got any ideas for how i can get the keyboard to show up in Synapse? (I need to change some of the keybindings back to default) Thanks in advance

the day before is fine , when I deal with it today , the “L" key dont work , then I try to clean it up . However , the “K” key also dont work now , I have tried to get the Demo Mode that razer said , I press on both buttons , it have lights respon 

My huntsman mini keeps pressing random keys and opening apps by itself, it has moments when it stops but they are shortI dont use the original cable but that didnt seem to be a problem for the 6 months i used that cable, i tried uninstalling syanpse, another cable, other keyboards work fine.

I’ve had this keyboard for quite some time now. It’s the best in my opinion. Though, the connection from the wrist rest to the actual keyboard itself is malfunctioning. It’s quite annoying because when the connection falters, the calibration to the keyboard is off-set and I can’t type properly at all.  Is there a way around this, where I can completely disconnect it so the keyboard can function properly, or try to find a replacement wristrest without forking over another 260$ for a brand new assembly -- my keyboard still works fine.  Thanks

I recently purchased a basilisk pro, and am considering picking up a deathstalker pro to pair with it, however I currently have 2 PC's in my workspace and am using 2 seperate M&K combos and its a nightmare. When reading about the DS pro I saw that it has up to 3 connectivity profiles but I'm not sure if thats only for bluetooth? Unfortunately I don't have admin access to one of my PC's so bluetooth isn't an option, so I'm wondering if multiple 2.4 ghz profiles could be created and I could use a dongle in each PC and switch back and forth at will with the m&k paired through hyperspeed multidevice pairing. If this is possible would I need synapse installed on both PC's? 

Hello, I was wondering if I could change the keycaps of the analog buttons on the Huntsman V2 Analog to replace them with custom ones, but I'm not sure if they are fully compatible with MX keycaps.

I’ve been using blackwidov v3 for 1 year and the “W” key started to being stuck like 6-7 months ago. I’ve gently cleaned it up with a brush but after using the keyboard for more than 1 hour, the w cap being stuck more and more. Also some keys like “S” and lots of the number keys are pressing double or triple times. My up arrow key’s RGB is RG only for now because it doesnt shows blue and all of my setup is purple, I can’t make it purple because its blue led is gone I guess and that button shows orange instead of purple. Since these happened, I’ve tried everything to reach support but couldn’t managed to do it because everytime I click to “chat” or “contact” on the support page, it leads me to home page. I think thats because I’m from Turkey, I’ve heard that you guys are not supporting in Turkey. What should I do? Should I message to the store that I bought it?
