Hi, I got two questions. Firstly, do you mind to do wrist rest attached by magnetic pad, because what is now is fail, this wrist rest at the moment is useless and I mind to buy V3 but I expect that this feature will be "fixed". I know that the top body is aluminum and it can't have a magnetic pad but c'mon previously all BlackWidow had this feature and this version is like poor compared to previous versions. Secondly, when this keyboard will be available in Central Europe with yellow and orange switches (if it will overall)? Additionally, will V2 and Elite will be still in production I wait for Orange Switches and for now I aim for V2 or Elite...

Thanks to Covid and a "New Year's Eve Skype Party" I have accidently empied a beer into my Huntman Elite. I tried to dry the keyboard. Two keys don't work anymore, "?" and "P". Is it possible to repair the keyboard or can I open the keyboard to look if there is still beer and try to dry it? Thanks in advance,

HI, and thank you beforehand for any help provided. I have a new Blackwidow v3 (wired) using the latest Synapse 3. With default quick effects, the logo lights up fine. but when starting a new lighting profile from scratch (all lights off at the start) in Chroma Studio, there is no way to turn on or change the lighting for the logo. i have tried to select the logo but it is not selectable. And i do not see an option to select the logo. How do I turn on and change the lighting for the logo with Chroma Studio

I love the look and function of my huntsman mini but there is one thing I would tweak about it. I understand that choosing a 60% keyboard some keys have to be switch from a dedicated key to the hypershift function. instead of having to hold the fn key to utilize my F1-F12 key and and arrow keys, make an option in synapse to allow the Fn key to be toggled similar to capslock.

Hey Razer, I have serious issues from my Blackwidow Chorma keyboard. I was keybinding the Toggle Mute & Toggle Deafen on my Discord software, but something when horribly wrong: When I keybind with Right Alt for Toggle Mute, it goes Right Ctrl + Right Alt. When I keybind with Right Ctrl for Toggle Deafen, it goes `.

I have a Razer Huntsman Keyboard and since I had a problem with phantom key presses, I updated the firmware to v.1.02. There is this following note however in the firmware page: Note: this can only be released to the following Huntsman versions: Huntsman Quartz - RZ03-02521800 Huntsman Mercury - RZ03-02521900 My Huntsman is the standard version RZ03-02521500. Will there be any issues? The update was successful and I wasn't notified about firmware incompatibility. Thanks in advance

Just for the record, this thread was posted on Sunday the 10th Jan 2021 I want to ask RAZER, you have developed a Clicky-Tactile and Silent-Linear Opto-Mechanical switch, why not Silent-Tactile Opto-Mechanical swtich? The Huntsman is on the market choice of Clicky-Tactile or Silent-Linear, how about Huntsman choice of Silent-Tactile Opto-Mechanical switch? I have been using my BW Stealth for too long, and I sure would like to see a new keyboard in production with a Silent-Tactile Opto-Mechanical switch. I find Silent-Tactile perfect for gaming and work. Why work? Because it is silent, does not bother my colleagues; and tactile bump sure feels good when typing. As you have seen in the title, when i enable hypershift on my black widow elite all the lightning turns off except from the f9-f12 and pause. So i want to set G to open up chrome when i use hypershift but since the keyboard goes all black i cant see anything. Is there any way i can set hypershift to have a custom lightning when i enable hypershift?(i want to set G to orange for example). Thanks in advance.

Hello, looking at your website, I notice the Razer logo on the Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard, is now illuminated in some of the images. I do not remember seeing it illuminated before, in fact, all the YouTube videos I've seen of this keyboard, do not show it being illuminated. I'm a neuroscientist planning to use the Tartarus Pro keypad for a research project evaluating neural activity during motor learning in patients with Parkinson's Disease. The project will last 2-3 years. I will be directly aligning keypad output with concurrent neural signals from implanted brain devices. Keypad would not see heavy use- maybe a cumulative hour of use once per month. Before ordering, here are some questions for which I've been seeking answers: 1) the actuation is analog adjustable, but is the output from each key also actually analog? i.e., when someone presses a key, is the output from that key gradually increasing from the start to end of keypress, or does the keyboard just output a value once the set actuation threshold is reached? 2) If output is all-or-none (see question 1), can we set two thresholds per key such that when fully depressing a single key, there is output from the first, shallow actuation threshold crossing, immediately followed by output from the

Hello, I was wondering if the mercury huntsman chroma keyboard will come back in stock in the Uk?

So my D-Pad will occasionally stick in a direction (mostly forward but left and right do it too). The fix is just to hit it again in the same direction but that is fairly annoying. I use it for movement in games so it ends up getting me killed sometimes if I can't react fast enough to stop it. My Tartarus Pro is really new (Aug 2020). At first I thought it was my key config but I couldn't find a way to fix it. Not sure I want to waste time getting a replacement if they all do it. Is anyone else seeing this problem still? The most recent thread I have seen was from two years ago (Razer Insider | Forum - D-pad Failed on Tartarus v2 Only After 1 Month of Casual Gaming).

Hello, I just bought the Huntsman Elite. Seems nice. The number one reason I purchased it was for the Mic Mute function which doesn't seem to exist in Windows natively. I have updated Synapse and am running 3.5.730.72314 I decided to reassign the Skip ahead button to Mute mic. Save. I tested it and it doesn't do anything. If I bind something else to the button such as Mute Sound, it works. Any ideas? I'm running a Sound Blaster AE-9 with an Audio-Technica AT2020 XLR mic. Thanks for your help, in advance!

Hello, i just got my razer hunts man today, within hours of use I noticed my "z" key will flash blue when set to blue. It wont do this with any other color only blue. if there is fix please tell me. Thank You.

The Huntsman Mini in Mercury is gorgeous and I can't be the only one to think so. Are there any plans to release Mercury versions of the Huntsman in the tenkeyless or full sizes? I would buy a tenkeyless mercury version instantly. Pretty odd that Razer decided to do the special color edition of the Huntsman in the least used layout...

Any of you using o-rings on your BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless (with green switches) to try and quieten it some? I love the keyboard, just a tad too loud. If you're using any, how well do they help in quietening it, and do they affect the brightness of the LEDs? Thanks!

I’m not able to use my keyboard via WIFI DONGLE in both following scenarios: On sign in window of macos (big sur) with FileVault enabled, some keys don’t work and I’m not able to enter my password to sign in. I have to plug it with cable. for example on sign-in page, H key has same functionality as backspace and it removes previous character! On my pc, to enter bios password, again I have to plug it via cable. I hear non-stop bios beep sound and I have to remove the dongle to stop it. For both cases, once I'm sign in everything works great Is this issue only on my keyboard or it is a general one? any solution?! I bought it some days ago Thank you

Seems like this issue has been going on for a few years now. I use the Fn keys when playing certain games and it is a pain to have to remember to kill Synapse 3 before running these games. Is there any way around this apart from exiting Synapse 3? It looks like Razer will never fix this issue. It seems they just don't care.

Hello all, I currently own the Huntsman Mini 60% keyboard, which actually replaced a Huntsman TE that fell in battle at the hands of an overzealous teenager with a very large soda. One of the first things I noticed about the Mini was that the keys both felt and sounded far better than the TE. I realized afterwards that the linear optical switches in the Mini are actually a 2nd gen switch with built-in dampening, etc. I actually dug the TE back out to compare, and it's a huge and very satisfying improvement. That being said, I've been getting back into the MMO world, and am finding myself wanting a full-sized board instead of the compact Mini - gotta have all those extra keys for macros, etc. Therein lies my question: Does the Huntsman Elite use the new 2nd gen linear optical switches, or does it only come equipped with the original 1st gen ones..? I'd hate to purchase a new board only to find it has the older, inferior switches in it. I'd considered the K100 that's out there since

I had the original Ornata (green light only), and got the V2 which is awesome. The keys feel like a different material though. I use to clean my old one with a cloth that I had for my glasses, and spray a tiny bit of water to clean off the grease. Is this ok? or since this is a new material, is it coated with something? Honestly, I wish I could get the metallic keys or the PBT Upgrade kit, but that darn mecha-membrane. Anyways, any input is welcome, thanks!

Hi guys, My girlfriend bought me a Huntsman Elite, the layout is in US, but I live in Portugal, and my old keyboard was in PT layout. The huntsman is soo great, but I would love to get some PT layout keys to replace the US ones, so it gets even better for my use. Anyone know if its possible to get the keys separately in PT layout? A soda got spilled on my keyboard and now my volume wheel is sticking. Can I just pop the volume wheel without taking my keyboard apart like the other keys? Same with my forward/skip song button. If not, any way to clean it without taking my keyboard apart? Thank you!
