Does anyone know if / how broken keycaps on the *original* razer turret keyboard can be replaced, especially the half-sized up / down arrow keys?

A recent thread noted that the new (Xbox-focused) Turret has Cherry MX compatible keys. However, the old razer turret clearly has different keys. They resemble the small, flat keys found on Macbook laptops.

...which especially makes me wonder if I can replace the arrows with arrows designed for a Macbook??
