Tartarus: change profile depending on focused window

hi all, I am using tartarus chroma (from what I know it doesn't support synapse 3) mainly with Rhino 3d. What I would like to achieve is to change profile whenever I shift focus from Rhino to Grasshopper (for anyone who is not familiar, grasshopper is a visual programming plugin that opens in a separate window ) The only way to switch profiles is either to assign profiles to applications (this does not apply because grasshopper is not a separate application) or to create a shortcut that switches them with a button, but I want the switch to happen whenever I switch from one window to the other (which happens many times a minute) Does anyone have any idea how I could achieve that? thanks
