The PBT Keycap Upgrade Set isn’t compatible with my Cynosa V2
I bought a Razer PBT Keycap upgrade set on Amazon a few days ago and it arrived today. I was excited to switch my keycaps and expected it to go smoothly. As I started to remove the keycaps I noticed a problem: the PBT keycaps simply cannot fit on the Cynosa V2 model. The bottoms of the PBT keycaps were cross shaped and the bottoms of my Cynosa V2 keycaps were square and completely different. Multiple websites stated that the keycaps were compatible with most standard keyboard designs and the Razer website itself promised the keycaps to “Fits all Razer mechanical and optical keyboards.” Please tell me why this is.

However, the Razer Cynosa V2 uses mecha-membrane keycaps and is not compatible with the Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set, which is designed for full-height, mechanical, and optical keyboards. +1GingerTIGERSEYEpoly237It's true, Cynosa is not a mechanical keyboard (it's membrane), that's why it's not fit. This set is dedicated for BlackWidow (mechanical) and Huntsman (opto-mechanical) keyboard series.
