Hello.
So after a lot of back and forth with support who have no idea about their hardware and can't communicate with the people responsible for creating drivers, I managed to fix the problem that plagued Basilisk v3.
The problem, the same as many of you experienced after updates, literally from one day to the next.
First of all, I would like to point out that I no longer have a warranty, which is why I was ignored right away. The only thing they told me was to reinstall synapse, connect the mouse and restart... the problem was that the mouse couldn't even connect because it was in free spin mode, which caused a strange system of connection breaks, but no one in the support blockhead understood that.
How did I fix it? After opening the mouse, I didn't know what was wrong, I unplugged the scroll and checked if it worked. It worked flawlessly, just like before all those strange updates that brought it to where it was. After a few days I came across a post here:

I decided to try this little cable. This cable can be found on the right side under this big, thicker cable that is plugged into the integrated circuit board. This tiny one is mega thin, it's right under it. It's a shame you have to cut it, maybe you can do something else with it, unfortunately resetting the information contained in it would be the best solution.
Thanks Mateutz27, at the moment when I'm writing this post, the mouse has come back to life. I don't see the point in giving 1/2 the price of a new mouse just for the free spin (the price of the scroll alone is about +20$), in some places you can get a new, same mouse for that price.
I recommend trying only and exclusively AT YOUR OWN RISK and when you have nothing to lose. First check if the scroll is causing this problem, if so, then decide what you want to do about it.
