Hello,
I have had a brand new Basilisk mouse for a few days. At first everything worked fine. Yesterday, following advice from the forum, I did a firmware check on my new Black Widow keyboard because of a problem with the numeric keypad. It was already up to date. After that, my mouse no longer scrolls. Deleting the driver and restarting the computer didn't change anything. Please help, thank you!

I have the same problem. Yesterday my mouse was working all good. After i updated the firmware, my wheel stopped working.
Hi, would be nice if maybe Razor Support would get involved. Or @razor.sushi.boy for example. Unfortunately, a sinfully expensive mouse is useless like this.
