My mouse is brand new, got it not that long ago. It worked fine for a while, then randomly just stopped working from time to time. Reconnecting it fixed the issue. But a few days ago it stopped working at all. Windows says f“Last USB device you connected malfuntioned so windows doesn’t recognize it”. I tried a lot of things. Restarting pc, reconnecting, reinstall sypapse, delete mouse from device manager. Still doesn’t work. Any suggestions will be a great help.
