Mice and Surfaces

Hi, im about to buy razer deathadder elite and i have 2 questions. 1 - Can you calibrate it in razer synapse? (example. Calibrating it for a specific type of mouse pad) 2 - what mouse pad do you recommend? "rough" surface like razert goliathus, or a flat surface?

So I have had my Razer Naga for the past 5 years, and has been working perfectly. All of a sudden a few months ago, my mouse decided it was going to start acting weird. When I first turn on the computer and move the mouse, the cursor sometimes sticks and won't move on the screen for a second. Sometimes it is so bad that I can't even move the mouse left to right, but can move it up and down. Is this a common problem with this mouse after it gets old? Unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in sometimes fixes the issue, until I restart the computer. Not sure if it is something that is fixable, or if I have to go out and buy a new mouse.

My Razer Viper does not retain my lighting setting after i close Synapsis 3. However, it only remembers if turn off the lighting completly. Is there a way to set a color and not having Synapsis running in the background all the time? Or is this a limitation by the Viper itself? With my DeathAdder Chroma and Synapsis 2 it works just fine that way...

Synapse will detect my keyboard (Ornata Chroma) and my old mouse (Diamondback Chroma), but i cannot get it to detect my current mouse (Razer Deathadder Expert). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse software and mouse drivers. idk

How can I bind my Razer Naga buttons to open a new webpage?

Hi guys, so I’ve been using the razer mamba te for almost 3 years now and I was thinking about switching to the new razer viper. I really liked the shape of the mamba and it fit my hand amazingly but I just didn’t like the laser sensor so that’s one of the reasons why I wanted to buy a new mouse. My hand is not that big and I have medium/long fingers so will it be a good idea to switch to the viper or should I find something else?

Someone please give me ideas on cheap Razer Mouse pads.

If it's real - I bet, that it'll be some Abyssus refresh (ambidextrous, low weight, maybe similar "hole" design as on finalmouse or glorious mouse). But can't wait for it as always ;)

In counter strike I have a way of measuring my sensitivity, being 12 inches of mouse movement= a 360 degree turn in-game. However, I've noticed that over time my sensitivity randomly speeds up and slows down, even with the dpi and and sensitivity in-game being the exact same. I really don't want to adjust to the weird sensitivity that synapse chooses for me.

I have been turning off my chroma light on my lancehead if I use it wirelessly, this morning when I tried to turn on the lights to show my friends, nothing happened when I switched on the Brightness tab in synapse. I tried plugging in the mouse with the cable, and the lights turned on and worked perfectly fine, I could change the brightness or the effects, but as soon as I unplugged the cable, the lights turn off, but I can still use the mouse, change the dpi etc. I can't figure out what's the problem, anyone got any ideas?

My mamba Elite's dpi up and down buttons no longer function if Synapse is running. I've mapped them to other functions and none of them work either. I've reset them to defaults several times still without any luck. I'm just stumped why this suddenly started happening. They work fine if Synapse isn't running. This is really weird and any help would be appreciated.

I've been using my ouroboros pretty much since it came out. I absolutely love the way it feels and sits in my hand, but it got pretty old and like every good thing, it is nearing its end. Now I'm in market for a new mouse that feels as similar as possible be it the shape or the weight. I obviously prefer a Razer mouse again but/and I am open to all suggestions.

I'm using the Razer Naga 2014 Left Handed edition that has the double click issue and I see Razer is no longer supporting a left handed version of any mouse. I have no right hand so an ambidextrous mouse with few buttons isn't really something I want. Any suggestions on what mouse or device I should get with similar functionality? I did a similar search of this forum and only found people either whining or offering complex two handed keyboard controls.

Hi, everyone. I am new to the forums, but I was sent here by Razer support. I was asking them about any potential re-release of the copperhead mouse. I had a first edition that wore down all the grip and ceased to function eventually. I wish I still had one, but it seems they are now "collector's" items according to eBay where they want to charge hundreds of dollars for a new one or $50+ for a borderline mouse that looks like mine did at the end of it's life. I have felt like I've been on a quest to find a mouse like it because it was the last one I had where there was no question about it's ability or fit for me. Over the past 2 years, I've tried the following: Razer Lancehead, Razer mamba, deathadder, lancehead, abyssus + Logitech, g305, g703, g pro + HyperX Surge + Zowie ec series and fk series + steeleries sensei, 310 and others. I have used the g pro the longest, but now moved to the viper and it feels nice, but working on my best grip for it. I always think of the rubberized side

I have a Razer Naga Trinity mouse that has been perfect for months. I never switch side plates and only use the two button side plate. I used to have the two side buttons keyboard functions to 1 and 2 (not numpad). About a week ago I noticed a few things with Razer Synapse 3 had changed. For some reason, I cannot rebind those two mouse buttons to 1 and 2. Keyboard Function has changed. Key Recording & Alphanumeric will not work. Is there a way to fix this problem? I prefer not to switch side plates since I'm used to the extra grip for my thumb. Please let me know.

As already described in the title, I have waves on the edge and can not get away anymore !! Colors only work on one half of the mousepad !!! has anyone ever had that? Hey guys hope y having a nice day so i just bought a Razer Deathadder Essential(white Edition) and every driver of it is installing except "Razer Control Device" who is failing to install, i have Razer Synapse 3 installed but yeah it doesnf recognize my mouse and i dont know what to do ,i use Windows 7 x64 and i tried to uninstall mouse drivers and Synapse 3.0 aswell but simply its not working i would really appreciate if someone would help me somehow

I got addicted to my Naga and its 12 thumb buttons. Believe it or not, I use them all even outside of gaming. I bound each key to a function key, which is insanely useful to refresh a tab, go backward, search specific words with F3 and so on. I love my Naga 2014. But I love it for my desktop. I'd love the same device for my Razer Blade Stealth, but they don't manifacture the Razer Naga Epic Chroma anymore, and it seems outdated at this point. I know the trend is to shooters and battle royales now, but can we MMO/RTS players get some love too?

Idk or is it just me that the mouse is ok but it cuts every time while in game. And yes i have the highest polling rate and it still cuts like almost every single time.

Hey guys, I am ready to upgrade from my Razer Orochi and move on to something better. I play anything from FPS like CSGO/R6 to Strategy like HOI4/EU4, so I want a mouse that can be used for a lot of genres. I am looking at buying the Deathadder Elite, Basilisk, or Naga Trinity right now. Thanks for the help!

Hey guys, I am using a Mamba Wireless on a mac and it works great but I cant charge it while using it because it shuts off. is there any way i can use it while plugged in?
