Mice and Surfaces

So I just got my hands in a Mouse Dock Pro for my basilisk V3, and I'm curious about a couple things I didn't know before buying it. Hoping others can confirm. When the mouse is charging, The mouse and dock pulsate with a color that is different from what I have set in Synapse. I don't seem to be able to turn this off or change this setting. Is this true? The dock works as a 4k polling transceiver, but it only seems to connect to my mouse. It doesn't seem that it can work as a hub for all my wireless devices. If I have a keyboard or other 2.5Ghz device, they need their own, separate dongle, right? Thanks.

my deathadder v2 will not be detected on my pc no  matter what i do so i want to know plz what could i do to help get in detected on my pc or synapse 3 its keeps on telling me to plz connect a device but i dont know how to 

Does anyone know if the Focus Pro automatically adjusts the sensor angle? I ask because I use rawaccel and I am trying to dial in my sensor angle with the rotation feature. On my Starlight, I adjusted my sensor angle rotation and it was relatively easy and quick. With the Viper V2 Pro, it feels like I am chasing the mouse. I'll set it to -0.3° and it feels decent. Then I bumped it to 0.4 because the right swipe felt a little too low. Then I had to keep bumping it.  Finally, I decided to jump to -2° and played with it for a while in practice mode. I went back to -0.4° and now the right side is way low. So now I was curious and went to +2° and practiced for about a minute. I then went to 0° and the right side felt too high? I'm really at a loss here. I've used rawaccel for a while now and have never experienced this. Razer, if you could chime in too, that would be great. Seeing as we cannot contact you directly through email about stuff like this. Thanks, 

Hello everyone, I just want to thank the manufacturer for the quality of the products. I bought a computer mouse back in 2013. Model: Razer Deathadder 3500 dpi Lazer BlackEdition. The mouse has served for 9 years and is still working, only the shaft of the mouse wheel has broken. And I want to say thank you for the quality of trouble-free operation of your products! 10/10. Now I'm using an updated version of this mouse because the mouse wheel is apparently nowhere to get it separately. 

What are some important features and considerations to keep in mind when choosing a wireless gaming mouse, specifically the Razer Viper V2 Pro? How does the Viper V2 Pro compare to other wireless gaming mice on the market in terms of performance, battery life, and overall value? Additionally, what are some common concerns and drawbacks associated with wireless mice, and how can these be mitigated?

As of right now, I’d ordered the Viper V2 Pro 2 days ago (28. February). It arrived today and as far as it seems is that the mouse is working well with the cable.The problem I’m facing is when trying to connect it wirelessly, my PC just doesn’t want to detect the dongle. I’ve also tried it on my NoteBook to make sure it wasn’t the port of my PC causing any issue, though that failed as well.It’s not possible for me to update the firmware or use the dongle utillity software seen as they both require you to insert the dongle, which mine obviously doesn’t get detected. 

My Basilisk X Hyperspeed stopped working randomly.  I’ve tried just about everything I could think of, and found online.updated firmware swapped out batteries attempted to use it on another computer (via bluetooth) connected usb dongle to different ports attempted the pairing utility updated windows restarted multiple timesThere are no other devices emitting a wireless signal around my computer, nor have I made any changes to my network. 

Hello, a while ago I took a Razer Atheros mouse that works on Bluetooth, but after a while it became unpaired with the computer, what is the reason, knowing that it was paired

I was just wondering if there were any updates relating to synapse 3 support for macs? 

So I received a Viper V2 Pro as a gift and for some reason my dongle was dead on arrival. I have tried multiple computers and multiple ports but just seems to not work. I ruled out the mouse being that when wired, everything works fine. Is it possible to use another Razer dongle for another mouse or will I have to buy a brand new dongle specific to the Viper V2 Pro?

I have used my Razer Viper 8KHz mouse on multiple PCs with varying motherboards and chipsets, and checked USB root hub power saving settings, but the issue I am about to describe persists regardless of the environment. It appears to be a product/platform issue with this model of mouse. The problem is that I need to unplug and replug the USB cable every time I "cold" start my computer in order to use the mouse. This can be impractical or impossible for others, as the rear USB ports may be inaccessible. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I did not encounter this problem with my previous SteelSeries Rival 3 mouse and suspect it may be specific to the Razer Viper 8KHz.

I have a RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE. My mouse scroller doesn't seem to be fine.Problem I am facing is when I scroll up or down it scrolls in opposite direction in-between while scrolling.I cleaned the dust with thin line brush so it fixed a little bit but how can I completely fix the problem as the mouse doesn't seem to open fully nor do I have the knowledge to do so and nor do I want to break any inner part.Can I clean the dirt with a small air blower or how can I just fix the scrolling thing as I don't want to purchase a new product.

I have a problem with the mouse and the mat both razer.yesterday suddenly the mouse stopped working correctly on the surface of the pad, without me pressing anything.if I put it on the desk the mouse works fine but on the pad (strider chroma) it suddenly doesn't work anymore

I have a razer Naga Trinity, and anytime i reboot, before synapse is started, the mouse won’t track my mousepad. Is there any way to get the lift-off-range setting from synapse to load into the mouse and work without synapse program running? Not a huge deal since i start synapse at bootup but i am curious. 

I recently purchased the Orochi V2 mouse and have encountered an issue where the cursor is not moving, even though the buttons are functioning correctly. I have attempted to troubleshoot the problem by reinstalling, updating drivers, changing batteries and surfaces, reinstalling Razer Synapse, and cleaning the glass beneath the sensor.Do you have any suggestions on what else I can try to resolve this issue?

Hello, I purchased a mouse Deathadder v2 and I installed the synapse 3 software, but I can't add the mouse anywhere to be able to configure it - mainly I want to program some buttons etc. only says "Please Connect a Device" аnd the mouse is connected to the USB and it works, but the software doesn't recognize it maybe.

I was trying to find out every where in the internet to see if anyone was having problems with the mouse Razer Mamba Elite costumizations for the game Genshin Impact. It seams they dont work when im playing the game i use alphanumeric functions , ex: on the mouse buttom 4 i use F buttom whitch is the interact in Genshin Impact and other buttom with similar configurations. Although all the costumizations i use they dont work. I dicided to make this thread to see if anyone is having the same problem as im having and id if there is any way to solve this glytch. Basically when I press the mouse button 5 it works fine, and when I press mouse button 4 it works fine too, however when I hold shift on my keyboard (huntsman elite if it matters) the mouse button 4 acts as mouse button 5, with mouse 5 being unchanged when holding shift. Sorry for odd explanation but the mouse is also quite old so it might just be time to retire it. Thanks. also this is somehow tagged with basilisk ultimate, i just have the basilisk

This is a video to be sent by laser email. The RazerBasilisk x Hyperspeed mouse turned off immediatelyafter 5 seconds of connecting. It turned off with ared lights so I thought it was a battery problem, SoIwent to the mart to buy batteries and tried again.Even if I connect it via Bluetooth and connect it to aUSB reader. That's why I tried the platformdifferently on a Windows computer and on an Androidtabletg but it's the same. I would appreciate it if youcould solve it. Is it possible to pair multiple mice to the same usb hyperspeed dongle?I want to pair 2 mice (deathadder v3 pro & viper v2 pro) to one of the included hyperspeed usb dongle, so it connects to whatever mouse is turned on at the time. is this possible, and if not, would the 4k hyperpolling dongle allow this?the description for multi device hyperspeed dongle says it only supports 1 mouse and 1 keyboard, so im guessing the multi device dongle is not suitable for this purpose.

is it same as viper 8khz? or better?

The only mouse that I have is Razer viper ultimate. What mice are actually the best?
