Mice and Surfaces

I was trying to find out every where in the internet to see if anyone was having problems with the mouse Razer Mamba Elite costumizations for the game Genshin Impact. It seams they dont work when im playing the game i use alphanumeric functions , ex: on the mouse buttom 4 i use F buttom whitch is the interact in Genshin Impact and other buttom with similar configurations. Although all the costumizations i use they dont work. I dicided to make this thread to see if anyone is having the same problem as im having and id if there is any way to solve this glytch. Basically when I press the mouse button 5 it works fine, and when I press mouse button 4 it works fine too, however when I hold shift on my keyboard (huntsman elite if it matters) the mouse button 4 acts as mouse button 5, with mouse 5 being unchanged when holding shift. Sorry for odd explanation but the mouse is also quite old so it might just be time to retire it. Thanks. also this is somehow tagged with basilisk ultimate, i just have the basilisk

This is a video to be sent by laser email. The RazerBasilisk x Hyperspeed mouse turned off immediatelyafter 5 seconds of connecting. It turned off with ared lights so I thought it was a battery problem, SoIwent to the mart to buy batteries and tried again.Even if I connect it via Bluetooth and connect it to aUSB reader. That's why I tried the platformdifferently on a Windows computer and on an Androidtabletg but it's the same. I would appreciate it if youcould solve it. Is it possible to pair multiple mice to the same usb hyperspeed dongle?I want to pair 2 mice (deathadder v3 pro & viper v2 pro) to one of the included hyperspeed usb dongle, so it connects to whatever mouse is turned on at the time. is this possible, and if not, would the 4k hyperpolling dongle allow this?the description for multi device hyperspeed dongle says it only supports 1 mouse and 1 keyboard, so im guessing the multi device dongle is not suitable for this purpose.

is it same as viper 8khz? or better?

Hi there, I've googled and searched for ages now and I thought I had the answer/fix but I didnt. Can someone help me or direct me to fixing this issue I have? My Naga Trinity's Chroma lights have been unsynced for ages now. I think I deleted a file accidentally once and it just hasnt lit up correctly since. The scroll wheel will be one color, the trinity snakes another, and the side numbers yet another color. Ive ignored it for so long but I actually really HATE it and have started to look for solutions. I dont want to buy a new one when its just a lighting issue that HAS to have a fix somewhere that I am just not seeing. Even in synapse I can try to set it to what I need but it doesnt apply to all the keys. Only the trinity snakes respond to the synapse settings. ALSO ive noticed the 2,3,7 keys dont type

razer mmo mouse is causing my pc to freeze for a split second at random interval. after trying multiple things reinstaller synapse, installing openrgb i notice that when my mouse freezes it gets reset back to the rainbow colors while my razor keyboard remained the same. so i knew it had to do something with my mouse. i purchased a steelseries ten mouse just to rule out that it was the mouse because i didnt want to reinstall my windows and see if the problem persisted. and i have no longer this issue. also the razer mmo lefthanded edition was causing problems cause they have rightclick set as left click by default. so every time my pc booted i couldnt click propperly until the synapse software booted up where i switched the buttons. i have lost my trust in razer products and i feel bad that i bought 2 razor mmo mouses.

After 2.5 years it finally broke.

I am so disappointed for this Problem happening with me , Razer is a big brand and they cant fix a software which can run properly I paid for the products and without software they are a normal office products,Razer please Fix this problem its happening to many users

Hi, my mouse suddenly stop working (Mouse pointer is not moving), I tried to connect it through wire but it had slight delay, so I install the firmware update, then it immediately stops working. The rgb light working fine, In Windows setting it shows that the mouse is connected (both wired & wireless), Charging fine (both through usb & dock), Synapse only recognise the mouse through wired connection *The mouse is not recognised in Synapse if it is connected via the USB receiver, even though Windows settings indicate that the mouse is connected* Any idea how to fix it?

Hello, how can I map a mice button to the function "next desktop"? The windows short cut is "win" + "ctrl" + "left" or "right". It is not under "navigation" and the key record does not recognize the win-key. Regards Andreas

Currently trying out the Razer Basilisk Ultimate Hyperspeed Wireless. Seems great with one exception, free scrolling. I used a Logitech MX Master for years and got used to the free scrolling wheel. The Razer can do that of sorts but doesn't have free scrolling aspect so it appears jerky when scrolling a page. Does the V3 have the free scrolling I'm looking for? Thanks

I purchased a second Razer Basilisk Ultimate over the holidays and have been using the supplied micro-USB cable to charge it. My first mouse was purchased with the charging dock and I'm starting to miss it for my second "work" mouse. Is the charging dock available separately? Amazon has some cheap knock-offs, but I don't trust third party chargers for my Razer equipment. Thanks! – Dave

Hi all, Recently I got as a gift the Deathadder V3 Pro. Deathadder has been my all time favourite mouse and I remember using the first version back in high school. I love the v3 Pro but I would like to change my dpi settings since the default programs are capped to 6400. Now, all I want to do is setup my programs so I can max out the DPI settings. Synapse 3 is not supported for MacOS and Deathadder V3 Pro is not supported for Synapse 2 (which has some MacOS support). I tried installing Synapse 3 on a virtual Windows11 via Parallels but it is never reading my mouse so I can't use it. Is there anyone out there who managed to find a workaround for this issue? Hello, I just bought new DAv2 Pro. For some reason mouse do not work in wirless (2.4) neither BT mode. I had installed Synapse software. Mouse works perfectly fine while connected via cabel. Wireless 2.4 case: 1) When I connect dongle to PC I can see that "HID-compliant mouse" and "Mouse compatible with HID" shows up in Device manager (previously there was also (or instead of, Im not sure) the second "Razer DeatAdder V2 Pro" device but I uninstalled it while debugging). As soon as I unplug the cable from the mouse and switch toggle to 2.4, the mouse stops working. Windows and Synapse can not see it. 2) I tired to download and use Razer Mouse Pairing Utility. The pairing process went without any problems. 3) I checked other USB ports. I'm 100% sure that they works fine. 4) I do not own any other computer with USB port to check if it related to my PC or the mouse itself. BT case: 1) I tried to connect my mouse to MacBook M1 but I can not set mouse to pairing mode. Ofc I moved toggle

I have a recently purchased RZ01-04000100-R3M1, but I noticed the Razer store has just changed it to RZ01-04000100-R3U1. What's the difference? Does anyone know? oh apparently it's just regional differences. nevermind ok now they're selling both in the uk store? separately?

Hi guys ! I just bought a new Basilik Ultimate cos the battery on my previous one was starting to die on me (which is quite to be expected after a few years I guess), so I'd like to know the best way to preserve this battery ? Should I turn the mouse off when I don't use it for a period of time ? Or on the contrary, let it on ? And put it or not put it on the charger dock ? Thanks in advance for your advices !
